The house is spacious, it has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, work area with WIFI, two balconies and an attic. It can accommodate up to 6 people easily. The attic has separate entrance, it is an intimate area and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Can accommodate up to 4 people.
The house is located on 5 acres with fruit trees such as olive, peach, etc. It has two gardens, beautyfull view and great air. Once you get there you will not want to leave it...

 

The Neighborhood:

There are no nearby neighbours, so there is plenty of privacy. It has beautiful & spectacular views to the country side, all round. It's quite, peaceful and private but not isolated as it is located close to Cernache do bonjardin (3 min. drive), where you can find cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket.

It is a wonderful place if you want to enjoy the rural life and like to explore Portuguese cultural highlights as well. 
Historical cities like Tomar, Coimbra and Lisbon are within easy driving distance or you could take the train from Tomar. 
The historic town of Tomar, which is home to the UNESCO listed Convento do Cristo, is only 30 minutes drive from the property. 
All major european high street shopping is also available in the city of Coimbra the 3rd biggest city in Portugal which is only 50 minutes drive on the A13 motorway.

 

Airport: 
The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately one and half hour by car.
